45 minute baby-friendly fitness class in a lovely environment, for Mums, Dads and Carers. It combines simple body weight cardiovascular and strength exercises to help keep you fit, toned and strong – with baby close by. All pre crawlers welcome. The next block starts in February 2017.

Think of these, women only, monthly socials as TLC for your running. The 45 minute session is based on a series of run specific drills and conditioning exercises, which challenge your running technique and running muscles. We meet, we run, we workout, we chat. Job done.
“Monday night circuit class with FIT CITY is always a challenge, but a lot of fun. I thought I was relatively fit until I joined this class! Every week is mixed up with different exercises to keep it interesting, they always manage to keep us all motivated. I play quite a bit of sport, but I think this is one of the most effective forms of exercise in terms of seeing results and feeling like you’ve had a full body workout.
